Accelerate your deployment with always-on, end-to-end connectivity provided by our portfolio of high performance antennas.
Tested and certified for use, we offer an extensive portfolio of antennas–designed to connect a wide range of mobile and fixed applications in public safety, utilities, industrial, distributed enterprises and many more situations.
For many IoT applications, the choice of M2M antenna is paramount, and can be a balancing act. In the case of cellular networks in particular, the choice on which antenna you deploy becomes more complex with each generation (i.e. 3G, 4G, 5G) as do the compliance needs.
Simply doubling the power output of a transceiver will provide a mere 3db gain while doubling the power draw, so getting it wrong can be costly. The right antenna can mean a more efficient operating system, with lower input power levels and a better signal-to-noise ratio and range.
M2M Antennas are mostly used for machine-to-machine communication which allows the automation of processes in order to improve efficiency. These machine antennas, by nature, support multiple radio frequency bands, which simplifies the logistics because you’re able to use it in any location regardless of which networks may be available.
Types of antennas
Whether you’re seeking an antenna for a single channel application, or MIMO (multiple input, multiple output) application, M2M Connectivity has the right antenna for your needs.
Perhaps the most common consumer-based antenna is a Wifi antenna, and we offer a wide range of antennas designed for WiFi. For applications with the need for a combination antenna, we offer a range of cellular/GPS/WiFi antennas for mobile and maritime use to aid in uninterrupted connectivity.
If a low profile antenna is what you’re after for telematic applications, then our range of Iridium antennas will be ideal. There are many more options available, and we recommend talking to one of our experts to determine precisely which antenna suits your applications best.
